“New York’s newest coolest ‘park’ the High Line, a reclaimed elevated railway line, is becoming notorious as a popular hang-out for voyeurs,” said Sheeter. “They watch people in the hotel that straddles the park and end up getting all sorts of things! Apparently there’s something of an amateur burlesque cult developing!”
